Refund Policy

What we refund

• Transcription fails: we retry once first. If it still fails, we refund you without you asking, within 2 business days.
• Quality problem with a paid file: write to us within 7 days of payment and we will refund that file.
• Charged twice for the same file: refunded in full.

How to ask

Email support@audiotranscript.net with the email address you signed in with and the file name. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Waffo Pancake.

Refunds and the unlock

When a payment is refunded through Waffo Pancake, we take back the unlock for that file: SRT, VTT and DOCX export stop working and the transcript goes back to the free preview.

Free use

The free preview (First 5 minutes free) costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. See Pricing and the Terms. Effective 2026-11-08.

Audio is deleted within 24 hours. Transcripts are never used to train AI.
